The iPhone 3G goes on sale in the U.S. market on Friday morning, with Apple retail stores and AT&T stores stocked and ready for potential stampedes.
There are reports of people already waiting in line at Apple’s flagship store in New York City, which will close at midnight on Thursday, the 10th, and re-open at 8 on Friday morning. Reports of lines forming at other retail stores are also filtering in.
The iPhone 3G isn’t making quite the same splash as the original iPhone, but it’s still attracting a lot of attention. What do you think of all the frenzy? Will you be waiting in line, waiting until all the fuss dies down, or waiting for the next model?
