Using a single window for its interface, Things lets you organize your tasks and projects in the sidebar, and view details in the main part of the window. Once you set up tags, which are attributes you assign to any given task, only the tags will display. This keeps the Things window from getting cluttered with data that isn't relevant to the current task. This is a common problem with task managers that use a spreadsheet-style interface; you end up with long stretches of columns that contain no data because your task has no use for them.
You can monitor tasks using Daily view, or use Next view to peek ahead and see what tasks are looming on the horizon.
Things 2 Cloud is a new feature that lets you sync your to-dos between your Mac and any iOS device.
