Path Finder offers a couple of tons of features that make it more usable than the basic Finder. Some of my favorites include tabs for quickly changing between folders; dual-pane browsing, so you can see, as well as drag-and-drop between, multiple locations; batch renaming; and file tagging. My current favorite feature is the Drop Stack, which lets me collect files and folders in a temporary holding spot, and then copy or move them to new locations when I'm ready. This frees me from having to leave one or more folders open just so I can drag things around.
