Apple is already shipping the new Mac mini and the 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display. The updated iMac will be available in November (21.5-inch models) and December (27-inch models). All of the new Macs would make a fine choice for anyone moving to the Mac from another platform or replacing an existing model.
