4th Generation iPads With Cellular Showing Up in Apple Retail Stores

Apple has begun shipping the 4^th generation iPad with LTE (cellular) to individuals who pre-ordered the newest of the 10-inch iPads. The Apple online store is showing delivery times of 7 days for new orders, but what is less known is that, according to 9to5mac, Apple has already started shipping stock to Apple retail stores.

It's not clear when Apple will allow the retail division to start selling its stock, but I agree with 9to5mac: it won't be a long wait. Apple is probably waiting for all of the pre-orders to ship before making the newest iPad with cellular connectivity available in its retail stores.
