In last week's newsletter, I mentioned that I've been spending time cleaning up the office, which always results in unearthing a few strange or curious items. This weekend, I discovered a box in the corner of a closet that contains several versions of System 7 through System 7.6, as well as OS 8, which came with a PowerBook 190.

It's amazing how many floppies were required to install the system and all its components. For System 7, there were three System Install floppies, plus individual floppies for Network, Printing, Disk Tools, Fonts, HyperCard, HyperCard Stacks, Tidbits, and More Tidbits. There was also a Tour of System 7 floppy, which required HyperCard to run. That's a total of 12 double-sided floppies.
I have a Mac Plus somewhere, mostly likely above the garage, which I could use to access these vintage floppies, but I haven't done it yet. Does anyone remember what was on the Tidbits and More Tidbits floppies? And what stacks were included with HyperCard?
