Apple TV 3 Review - We Like What We See

The Apple TV never caught my attention until the third-generation version, which has 1080p support and offers a number of additional Internet services. The earlier version just didn't have enough features or services to interest us. Plus, we had a Blu-Ray player that provided Internet streaming services, and being somewhat frugal, it didn't make sense to buy an Apple TV.

That changed when our Blu-Ray player decided it didn't want to connect to the Internet ever again. After considering various devices as a replacement, we decided the Apple TV 3 would best meet our needs.

We discovered that the Apple TV 3 is a whole lot more than just a streaming media server. With the many services it offers, and the ability to stream content from our iOS devices and our Macs, the Apple TV has become our go-to device for watching movies and TV shows, listening to music, and playing a few games.
