My Review 

I have been using a Logitech Trackman Wheel for my mouse for 15 years. I first got it to help deal with RSI and have never looked back.

I love this device because it's a trackball and so easier on the wrists than a mouse. Plus, being a thumb driven trackball it is hard to get used to, so people are much less likely to borrow my computer while I'm at lunch or out. ;-)

It's a three-button mouse so I don't have to fiddle with option keys, etc. Plus, because it's USB I can plug it into any computer I ever use. I have a second one in my laptop bag for trips. Plus I have the wireless version as well.

We have a new MagicMouse on one of our Macs, but I still prefer my Trackman to multitouch.
